At this time, Hotel Lauterbad GmbH employs fewer than 10 employees who have access to personal data. Access to this data is regulated by software solutions and password-protected. 4.2 Hotel Lauterbad GmbH will use personal data for purposes other than those listed above only to the extent necessary, in accordance with Section 28(2) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), to protect the legitimate interests of a third party, to avert threats to national or public security, or to investigate criminal offenses.
4.3 Personal data is stored and processed exclusively on servers located in the European Union.
5. Your Rights
5.1 You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by sending a written notice by mail to our Data Protection Officer or by email to info (at) lauterbad-wellnesshotel.de.

5.3 Hotel Lauterbad GmbH uses the PMS (reservation software) from protel frontoffice, as well as software from Zeppelin (hereinafter referred to as “cooperation partners”), for data processing.
6. Duration of Data Use
6.1 Personal data will be stored until you revoke your consent. The data is used exclusively for quality assurance purposes. Upon request, all of your data will be deleted immediately (see Section 5).
6.2 Hotel Lauterbad GmH will immediately notify its business partners of any revocation of consent declared to us. We have required our business partners to delete the personal data immediately upon becoming aware of the revocation.

12. DialogShift Chat Application on Our Website
Our website uses the chat application provided by DialogShift GmbH, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin. This application processes and stores data for the purposes of web analytics, operating the chat application, and responding to inquiries.
To operate the chat function, chat texts are stored and a cookie with a unique ID is set—this is used to recognize you as a customer.
A cookie is a small text file that is stored locally in the cache on your device. With the help of this cookie, our application recognizes your device and can retrieve past chat logs. This cookie is stored for 90 days from the last time it was used. You can disable the storage of cookies in your browser settings. However, the chat function cannot be used without cookies.
